Halle E
Halle E allows for many different ways of utilisation, as the number of seating rows, the size of the stage and the dimensions of the free space are all variable; hence a great variety of different events can be organised here.

Halle G
Halle G is excellently suited for music, theatre and dance productions as well as for presentations and concerts.

- Registration facilities in the lobby of the hall
Due to its unusual architecture and the manifold spatial solutions available, Halle E offers the perfect setting for gala nights and company events. It can accommodate events designed for any number between 100 and 2,000 guests. Up to 1,000 guests can be catered for in the context of informal buffet lunches or dinners. If a gala event aims for a particularly sophisticated setting, the hall’s capacity is up to 500 persons.

- Shows
In recent years, nearly all shows presented in Vienna have stopped at Halle E. From the British dance production “Stomp” to the Japanese percussion troupe “Yamato” or the successful shows “Red Bull Flying Bach“, “Richard O’Brien’s Rocky Horror Show”, “The Bar at Buena Vista” or “Swan Lake”, a great variety of stage events have delighted audiences at Halle E.

- Concerts
Situated at the heart of Vienna, Halle E is a truly unique event location. Cutting-edge infrastructure and a great variety of possible spatial arrangements allow for equally varied concert formats that may range from traditional concerts with a seating capacity of up to 872 persons to pop events with standing space for up to 2,000 spectators. To give only a few examples, Halle E has hosted the Electronic Beats Festival, a pre-presentation of the “Delta Machine” album by Depeche Mode as well as Calexcico, Rufus Wainwright, Róisín Murphy and many others.

- Theatre
Halle E+G is the main venue of Vienna's annual performing arts festival Wiener Festwochen. Numerous important stage productions have been shown in the two halls. Halle E hosted Frank Castorf’s “Erniedrigte und Beleidigte” based on Dostoyevsky’s “Humiliated and Insulted”, “Der Meister und Margarita” (“The Master and Margarita”), “Forever Young”, “Nord” and Chekhov-inspired “Nach Moskau! Nach Moskau!”. The programme roster moreover featured the acclaimed opera production “Dido und Aeneas” directed by Deborah Warner, “Three Tales” by Steve Reich and “Romeo & Julia” by Cirkus Cirkör and the Royal Dramatic Theatre of Stockholm. Nicolas Stemann staged “Kommune der Wahrheit. Wirklichkeitsmaschine“, Romeo Castellucci presented his version of “Orfeo ed Euridice”, and William Kentridge brought his take on Schubert’s “Winterreise”. Neue Oper Wien as well as the music theatre festival Netzzeit are regular guests at Halle E.

Halle G is the main performance venue of Tanzquartier Wien (TQW). From September to April, this is where TQW presents a wide range of local and international dance / performance productions. Programme schedules change weekly.
